1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to MitchDeutsch.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site, including but not limited to users who purchase products, enroll in programs, or access content.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

MitchDeutsch.com provides:

  • Educational content related to spiritual awakening, personal transformation, and conscious leadership
  • Online courses and membership programs
  • Coaching services
  • Digital and physical products including books, workbooks, and audio recordings
  • Community forums and discussion groups
  • Free resources including articles, videos, and meditations

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase products/services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using this Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

4.1 Account Creation

Some features of the Site require you to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

5.1 Pricing

All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

5.2 Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on the Site.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge all fees incurred.

5.3 Payment Plans

Some products and programs offer payment plan options. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method according to the schedule provided at checkout.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in:

  • Late fees
  • Suspension of access to programs or content
  • Termination of your enrollment
  • Collection activities

5.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. If we are required to collect taxes, they will be added to your purchase price.

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads (eBooks, audio recordings, digital workbooks) are final. No refunds will be provided once access has been granted.

6.2 Physical Products

Physical products (books, physical workbooks) may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition for a full refund minus shipping costs.

6.3 Programs and Courses

The Seeker's Path Membership:

  • Monthly members may cancel at any time; no refunds for partial months
  • Annual members may receive a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days
  • No refunds after 30 days for annual memberships

Getting Unbound Course:

  • 6-Week Freedom Guarantee: Full refund available within first 6 weeks if you've completed the work and not experienced progress
  • To request a refund, you must provide evidence of completion (workbook submissions, attendance records)
  • No refunds after 14 days

Private Coaching:

  • Sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) forfeit that session
  • Unused sessions expire 6 months from purchase date
  • No refunds on coaching packages once first session is completed

6.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Ownership

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Mitch Deutsch or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Download and print content for personal use only
  • Access purchased digital products for personal use only

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content without prior written permission
  • Use content for commercial purposes without a license
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Share login credentials or purchased content with others
  • Record, screenshot, or redistribute program content

7.3 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the Site (comments, testimonials, forum posts, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

You represent that you own or have necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
  • Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site
  • Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information
  • Engage in any commercial activities without our prior written consent

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Our community forums and discussion groups are intended to be supportive, respectful spaces. By participating, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and kindness
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared by others
  • Avoid promotional or commercial content without permission
  • Refrain from giving medical, legal, or other professional advice
  • Report inappropriate behavior to moderators
  • Accept that moderators may remove content or members who violate guidelines

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MITCH DEUTSCH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Business interruption
  • Personal injury
  • Emotional distress

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mitch Deutsch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another
  • Your user-generated content

13. MEDICAL AND PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

13.3 Individual Results

Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of results. Your results may vary based on numerous factors including your commitment, circumstances, and individual differences.

13.4 Spiritual Content

Content related to spiritual awakening and consciousness is based on personal experience and various wisdom traditions. It is not intended to promote any specific religious belief system.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mitch Deutsch.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

16. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
